Information Warfare (IW) Exploitation Systems Engineering
Division's (Code 71) mission is to maximize the warfighter (IW)
intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance capabilities.
This is done through rapid development, production, fielding
and support of cost-effective, state-of-the-art, supportable
IW exploitation and threat warning and detection systems.
Working includes performing independent suitability
assessments of cryptologic system operation and installation
design - generally involving program management; test and
evaluation; operational and maintenance training; technical
support, and equipment repair.
SPAWAR Systems Center - Pacific (San Diego, CA)
This effort provides for In Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
and Installation Support Services for Integrated and
Non-Integrated Shipboard Installations of various
communications systems. ISEA support and installation
support for integrated and non-integrated shipboard
installations. The support will include at a minimum the
following general support areas: Management support,
Engineering support, Technical support, Integrated Logistics
Support (ILS) support, Fabrication support, and
Non-Integrated Shipboard Installation support.
MARCORSYSCOM (Quantico, VA - Support provided at MCLB, Albany, GA)

Support to Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air
Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command,
Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command,
Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and
the United States Marine Corps, to provide services that
potentially span the entire spectrum of mission areas
supported by the activities and technical capabilities that
comprise the various ordering offices. Additionally,
activities may provide limited support under this contract
to other Department of Defense (DoD), non-DoD, or Joint
agencies for work that is integrally related to product
areas and mission. Additionally, services include new
product areas, programs, or missions assigned to these
